Usage

To get eman setup for your account, do the following:

  • Run the following command: 
      
% /apps/eman/eman-installer
  • Read the output of eman-installer and do accordingly.

Versions Available

There are multiple versions available on the HPC Cluster. They are located in the following locations:

Version Location
1.61 /apps/eman16
1.7 /apps/eman17
1.8 /apps/eman18

Also, the most recent version is linked into /apps/eman.
