The University of Florida High Performance Computing Center has the GNU C and Fortran compilers installed on the cluster to facilitate those users that need to compile their software on-site. While not optimized for the AMD64 CPUs that are in the cluster, these compilers do work quite well.

For optimized compilers, consider using the Intel compilers.
