Description

The Rosetta++ software focuses on the prediction and design of protein structures, protein folding mechanisms, and protein-protein interactions.

Install Location

The rosetta++ software is located on the cluster here: 

/apps/rosetta/2.1.2/

There are two versions of the executable: 

rosetta.gcc
rosetta.intel

The intel compiled version compiled with a number of warnings concerning loss of significant digits, but it may run faster due to better optimization. The gcc version compiled cleanly.
